Lady Antebellum
8 p.m., Georgia Theatre
This country music trio consists of two UGA alumni, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood, and Hillary Scott. Lady Antebellum released their self-titled, debut album earlier this month on Capitol Records Nashville. Just two years ago, all three members were Nashville, Tenn.-based singer-songwriters waiting for their big breaks. As a band, their music retains the honesty and earnestness of the singer-songwriter sound while incorporating classic country records, 1960s soul and a contemporary country edge into the mix. Tickets are $10. - Trisha Klein
