Georgia Theatre becomes recording studio
Georgia Theatre owner Wilmot Greene wants to try a hand at something new. “I guess I’m playing record producer,” said Greene, who has owned the music venue since 2004. Greene has cleared the venue’s entertainment schedule for a week beginning Monday. He plans to use the space to record an album for local pop band Venice Is Sinking.
