Bloodkin going through changes
There are some changes afoot in the Bloodkin camp. Frontman Danny Hutchens details them on the band's Web site. Here are the highlights:
Bentley Rhodes, who been drumming for the band since 1999, has left the band. He moved to Charlottesville, Va., with his fiance. No word on a replacement.
Manager Greta Bettis is moving on to other endeavors, but they all remain friends. Dave Barbe is now co-manager.
Danny and Eric made a record (with different rhythm sections) produced by Barbe, who's shopping the record around. The new CD is "very political."
