They don't get any respect
Tea Leaf Green is playing at Tasty World on April 19. Who? Despite having never heard (or heard of) them I've stumbled upon the name twice this morning. Once while trying to decide whether BrewFest is a good idea. I was visiting brewers who were gonna be represented ... long story short, turns out the band is playing at the Sweetwater Brewery in Atlanta on April 20 (420, get it?). I also saw their name listed as an act that'll be at a festival with the DBT and Widespread Panic this summer. I became intrigued, so I dug a little deeper and visited the band's Web site and message board. Found a great post discussing why the band never receives any love from the press. Well, I never remember getting any promotional material so I can't comment on the music -- so I'm not sure if my account of message board trolling counts as good press.
