AthFest 2005 comp is a must-have
This year's AthFest 2005 compilation is on the streets, and we have a few tracks from it in our New Music section here. It provides a good cross-section of our diverse music scene, with everything from the country of The Chasers to the rock of Modern Skirts to the bluegrass of The Packway Handle Band. Noticeably absent is any rap/hip-hop or hard guitar-driven blues rock. But it's an enjoyable listen, nonetheless. Makes you wish they'd put out more than one of these a year.
