The Winter Sounds

The Winter Sounds checks in with A Postcard from the Road:

The Winter Sounds went to Ground Zero in Spartanburg to open up for Unknown Hinson. If you haven't seen Unknown Hinson he is one of the absolute coolest performers out there. He's very funny live. Our guitarist Tim Lilly yelled out during the show that Unknown was a sick guitarist. Except Unknown Hinson kept asking Tim if he said he was "sick" leaving out the guitarist part. Unknown stopped the song and had his manservant bring him his "gun" which is a cap gun that he keeps in a really small coffin.

Unknown then shot Tim. It was pretty funny. Afterwards the band posed with him. Unknown is playing at Tasty World too on May 27th. It really is one of the funniest and most interesting stories of a country music star. Anyway, you should really look him up.
